(Within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK")

VITANY SPORTSWEAR (“VITANY” or “the Company”), as the data controller, requests your explicit consent regarding the processing of your personal data, except for cases subject to exceptions under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016, and numbered 29677 (“the Law”) , and related legislation, concerning the following matters.

As stated in the relevant provisions regulated under the Law and VITANY Policies, your personal data;

  • In a limited and proportionate manner, within the scope of and in connection with the purpose for which their processing is required,

  • We will maintain the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the information you have provided to us, or as it has been provided to us.

  • It will be recorded, stored, preserved, and reorganized.

  • As stipulated in the law, this personal data will be shared with public institutions and organizations authorized to request it.

  • Under the conditions stipulated by law, the data in this document may be transferred, assigned, classified, and processed in other ways listed in the law to VITANY's business partners, suppliers, and/or third parties located domestically or abroad, for the purposes mentioned below.

1) Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data will be used for the purposes listed below, but not limited to:

Personal data will be processed for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, including the conditions and purposes for processing personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

2) Explicit Consent Regarding the Transfer of Personal Data Abroad

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“the Law”), I hereby give my explicit consent to the transfer of my personal data abroad within the scope of the services provided by VITANY SPORTSWEAR, as detailed in the Disclosure Statement provided by VITANY, which is accessible to me at all times.

I hereby freely and unconditionally consent to the transfer of my identity, contact, financial, marketing, location, customer transaction, and transaction security data abroad for VITANY to receive product and service support from its service providers located abroad in specialized areas such as information technology, marketing/advertising/analysis activities, server services, maintenance and development services, and insurance and consulting services within the scope of cybersecurity; to fulfill necessary obligations under agreements with business partners; and because the servers of its suppliers are located abroad.
