At VITANY, we want you to feel secure every step of your shopping experience. That's why you can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange & Return Terms

  • Your items must be unused, unwashed, free of makeup stains , and in resalable condition as when you received them. No refunds will be given for damaged , soiled , used , or resalable items.

  • The labels on the product must not have been removed.

  • Products must be shipped in their original packaging .

How to make an exchange/return?

  1. Please submit your request via WhatsApp support.

  2. Pack the product and send it using the shipping code we provided.

  3. After the inspection, your exchange or return process will be initiated.

The entire process may take 5-7 business days. We know it can be frustrating, but we want you to know that we are working diligently and as quickly as possible for you.

Return/Exchange Period

Refunds for returns will be credited to your bank account within 7 business days.

Once your exchange package arrives at our office, your product will be replaced with a new one and shipped back to you.
