At VITANY SPORTSWEAR, we attach great importance to the processing and storage of your personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“the Law”) . We would like to inform our customers about our purposes and methods of collecting, processing, and transferring personal data, and your rights arising from the Law.
1) Methods of Collecting Personal Data
VITANY SPORTSWEAR, as the data controller, collects your personal data verbally, in writing, or electronically through various means such as our website, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar channels, within the scope of our legal obligations arising from legislation; to enable you to benefit from the services of our brands, to inform you about our campaigns with your consent, to record your suggestions and complaints, to create better service standards for you, and to determine and implement VITANY SPORTSWEAR's commercial and business strategies.
2) Processing of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
VITANY SPORTSWEAR, in its capacity as data controller, may obtain, record, store, retain, modify, update, periodically check, reorganize, classify, and retain your personal and/or sensitive personal data, obtained with your consent, through our call centers, written communication channels, social media pages, mobile communication channels, in-store communication channels, and/or any other channels, including but not limited to these; may share/transfer this data, in cases of legal or service-related practical necessities, with private or legal entities with whom VITANY SPORTSWEAR collaborates, or with public institutions and organizations to which it is legally obligated, and/or with relevant third-party individuals/legal entities residing in Türkiye or abroad; and may transfer it abroad in cases of legal or service-related practical necessities.
VITANY SPORTSWEAR informs you that it may process your personal data for purposes such as enabling its customers to benefit from the services of our brands, informing you about our campaigns with your consent, recording your suggestions and complaints, establishing better service standards for you, determining and implementing VITANY SPORTSWEAR's commercial and business strategies, and in any case in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related legislation.
3) Transfer of Personal Data
VITANY SPORTSWEAR may share your personal data only with your explicit consent or within the framework of the security and confidentiality principles specified in the Law, both domestically and internationally, provided that adequate security measures are taken; for the purposes of conducting company activities, maintaining business relationships between data subjects and our customers and/or conducting negotiations for this purpose, offering services, opportunities and possibilities, and improving service quality; with our group companies, business partners, customers with whom we have agreements and to whom we provide services, suppliers, auditing companies, or public institutions or organizations authorized to request this data due to a legal obligation, and other relevant authorities, including but not limited to these.
4) Rights of the Personal Data Subject as Listed in Article 11 of the Law
VITANY SPORTSWEAR will respond to the following requests from the relevant individuals:
a) To find out whether VITANY SPORTSWEAR processes their personal data and which personal data it processes.
b) Obtaining information regarding the purposes of the processing activity,
c) To know the third parties to whom VITANY SPORTSWEAR transfers personal data, domestically or internationally.
d) Requesting the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.
e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the law.
f) In case of a request for correction, deletion or destruction of personal data; requesting that the actions taken be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
g) The right to object to a result that is detrimental to the individual, arising solely from the analysis of processed data by automated systems.

5) Privacy and Security
VITANY SPORTSWEAR may request certain personal information from you (name, age, interests, email, etc.) in order to provide better service to its customers.
This collected information is used within VITANY SPORTSWEAR for periodic campaign activities, the development of special promotional activities targeting customer profiles, and customer "classification" studies to prevent the transmission of unwanted emails.
VITANY SPORTSWEAR absolutely does not share the information it collects from membership forms with third parties without the knowledge or explicit instruction of the member concerned, does not use it for commercial purposes for any reason unrelated to its activities, and does not sell it.
Customer information may only be disclosed to official authorities if such information is requested by them and only in cases where the company is legally obligated to disclose it to official authorities under applicable mandatory legal provisions.
Only the customer can access and modify all the information they enter into the system. It is not possible for anyone else to access or change this information.
Your credit card information requested on the payment page is not stored on VITANY SPORTSWEAR or its service providers' servers in order to maintain the highest level of security for our customers shopping on the site. In this way, all payment transactions are processed directly between your bank and your computer via the VITANY SPORTSWEAR interface.
