VITANY – Membership Agreement
1) Parties
a) www.vitanyofficial.com The website's operations are managed by VITANY SPORTSWEAR , located at Cevatpaşa Mahallesi Özgürlük Caddesi Paragon Luxury Living İş Yeri 1/6 Merkez/ÇANAKKALE . (Hereinafter referred to as "VITANY SPORTSWEAR").
b) www.vitanyofficial.com internet user who registers on the website (“Member”).
2) Subject of the Contract
The subject of this Agreement is the website www.vitanyofficial.com owned by VITANY SPORTSWEAR. This involves defining the terms and conditions under which members can use the website.
3) Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. Member, www.vitanyofficial.com The user declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while registering on the website is accurate under the law, and that they will fully and immediately compensate VITANY SPORTSWEAR for all damages incurred due to the inaccuracy of this information.
3.2. The member may not give the password provided to them by VITANY SPORTSWEAR to any other person or organization; the right to use the password belongs solely to the member. 3.19. VITANY SPORTSWEAR may send informational emails or SMS messages to its members. By accepting this agreement, the member agrees to receive these messages. The member may unsubscribe from email or SMS messages if they do not wish to receive them.
4) Termination of the Contract
This agreement shall remain in effect until the member cancels their membership or their membership is terminated by VITANY SPORTSWEAR. VITANY SPORTSWEAR may unilaterally terminate the membership if the member violates the terms of this agreement.
5) Resolution of Disputes
In case of disputes relating to this agreement , the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
6) Entry into force
By registering, a member acknowledges that they have read and accepted all the terms of this membership agreement. This agreement comes into effect mutually at the moment of membership registration.
